Watch as nationally-recognized professional pumpkin carvers show off their skills, take a hayride, and enjoy games and crafts for the entire family! Join the fun in Downtown Holland and at the Holland Farmers Market!
Eight of the nation’s best professional pumpkin carvers will kick off this years Fall Fest by carving jack-o-lanterns along 8th Street between 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Take a stroll through Downtown Holland and watch as the carvers slice their way through theses large round gourds and scoop out their guts and seeds. After the sun sets, the jack-o-lanterns will be glowing and on display for all to enjoy! We promise you won’t see jack-o-lanterns like this on your neighbor’s doorstep on Halloween night!
Families are invited to participate in a variety of fall-themed games and crafts inside the Courtyard Marriott! Pumpkin painting will also be available for just $1.00 per pumpkin, with all supplies provided in the downstairs of Tip Toes.
While you’re at the Holland Farmers Market, make sure to check out the professionals as they sculpt and carve pumpkins into a unique display! There will be carvers at the Market from 10- noon along with even more carvers in the lobby of the Courtyard Marriott from 10 am – 7pm.
The nation’s best professional pumpkin carvers return to Downtown Holland, where they will spend the day sculpting incredible, three-dimensional pumpkin displays. Watch these talented artists at work, then be sure to return later on to see their finished masterpieces! You can also watch them carving pumpkins at the Holland Farmers Market from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.
On Saturday, October 14, head to the Holland Farmers Market for more Fall Fest fun! Visit our Market vendors to get your fill of everything fall! The Market is stocked full with seasonal décor items, including pumpkins, gourds, mums, hay bales and corn shocks, along with everything you need to create your family’s favorite fall dishes. You’ll find apples of every variety, squash galore, and root vegetables like parsnips, rutabagas and carrots. And as always, you can pick up fresh baked goods, farm-raised meats, eggs, honey, maple syrup, and much, much more! The Market will be open from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm.
